History

Calderon opened its doors to the public on December 11, 2014. Its first branch is located in Little Baguio, a quaint neighboorhood in San Juan which was beginning to establish itself as a ‘mini-Malate’ this side of Manila. Calderon was conceptualized as a home grown Spanish style kitchen wherein most dishes were developed based on favorite family recipes. The name Calderon was taken, quite simply, from the original branch which was located along F. Calderon Street.

Having so far opened three branches in San Juan, Pasig and Makati, Calderon is now able to share its delicious food to more customers in Metro Manila.
